Our 125mm (5 inch) heavy duty industrial Polyurethane PU wheel castors are the best solution for industrial trolleys in hospitals, schools, industrial warehouses and weigh up to 1,200kg. Our Polyurethane (PU) Wheels are preferred when you want to protect your floors.
The Industrial duty polyurethane is high grade and mechanically keyed into the nylon centre. It will not embrittle or chip off which makes these hard wearing wheels better suited to environments where there could be heavier loads running on smooth concrete, tiles or lino vinyl floor surfaces.
The castor forks are zinc plate Core Coat finished with clear lacquer that provides best quality corrosion protection. Suitable for use on stainless steel, chrome, aluminium, metal or wooden furniture when used in non corrosive environments. These feature two complete rows of balls in the headrace to ensure ease of smooth swivelling and silence during the life of the trolley.
The plate castors can be fixed by bolting or welding the 100x130mm mounting plate using the four 11mm 80X105mm spaced holes.
The swept radius of the swivel castors is 109mm and the swept radius for the total brake castors is 140mm. The total height from the floor to the top of these castor units is 162mm and each has a maximum safety rolling load rating of 350kg.
The Polyurethane PU wheels are 125mm diameter x 40mm tread width and have a 12.7mm bore x 60mm hub width and roller bearings.
