The Fallshaw 100mm General Duty Grey Rubber Castors are designed for institutional trolleys, furniture, retail displays, clothing racks and other equipment requiring smooth, reliable movement over longer distances. The non-marking grey rubber wheels provide a softer ride and are suitable for harder floor surfaces where floor protection is important. Each castor is rated to 140kg.
The grey rubber wheels feature twin sealed precision bearings with thread guards for smooth, low-maintenance rolling. The castor forks feature Fallshaw's zinc-plated Core Coat finish with clear lacquer for corrosion protection. Two complete rows of ball bearings in the headrace provide smooth and quiet swivelling during use.
Available with swivel or fixed plate mounting, or a 12.7mm bolt-hole mounting, these castors can also be fitted with an optional total brake that locks both the wheel and swivel. The castors are suitable for stainless steel, chrome, aluminium, metal or wooden furniture in non-corrosive environments.
The swivel mounting plate measures 96 x 78mm and has four 8mm slotted mounting holes, commonly used with 60 x 80mm centres. The bolt-hole version uses a single M12 centre bolt.
