Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We inspect all goods before they are shipped but it is important that when you receive the goods, that you inspect them to ensure they are not visibly faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any claim for faulty or defective goods must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
If you return goods that have cost us more in freight than we have charged, the extra freight will be deducted from your credit and proof of freight cost supplied. This mostly applies to Rural deliveries.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All products we sell are brand new items from trusted suppliers.
If your items are found to be in the same brand new condition we supplied them and your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them and these claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Before installing inner tubes run your hand around the inside of the tyre to ensure your tyre doesn't have any stones or sharp objects that may puncture the brand new inner tube. If you decide to use objects to help fit inner tubes please ensure only blunt objects are used due to the fragile nature of the inner tubes. Using sharp or metal objects will pinch, puncture or pierce inner tubes. Only pump inner tubes up with a hand pump to avoid over-inflation.
After inner tubes are removed from the packaging the fitting and pumping of these is at your own risk.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
