The Fallshaw 100mm Light Duty Nylon Castors are designed for small trolleys, lightweight furniture, retail displays, clothing racks and other equipment requiring smooth movement over short distances. The hard nylon wheels are suitable for carpet, smooth concrete, lino and vinyl floors and are rated to 70kg per castor.
The smooth nylon wheels provide easy rolling and low maintenance. The castor forks feature Fallshaw's zinc-plated Core Coat finish with clear lacquer for corrosion protection. Two complete rows of ball bearings in the headrace provide smooth and reliable swivelling.
Available with swivel or fixed plate mounting, or a 12.7mm bolt-hole mounting, these castors can also be fitted with an optional total brake that locks both the wheel and swivel. The swivel mounting plate measures 83 x 58mm and has four 9mm mounting holes with 64 x 39mm centres. The bolt-hole version uses a single M12 centre bolt.

With a 131mm overall mount height and an 82mm turning radius for the standard swivel castor, or 89mm for the total brake version, these compact nylon castors are a practical choice for light-duty equipment where smooth, reliable and low-maintenance movement is required.
