The Fallshaw 100mm General Duty Nylon Castors are designed for trolleys, furniture, tables, retail displays, clothing racks and other equipment requiring smooth movement over short distances. The hard nylon wheels are suitable for carpet, smooth concrete, lino and vinyl floors and are rated to 150kg per castor.
The smooth nylon wheels provide easy rolling and low maintenance. The castor forks feature Fallshaw's zinc-plated Core Coat finish with clear lacquer for corrosion protection. Two complete rows of ball bearings in the headrace provide smooth and reliable swivelling.
Available with swivel or fixed plate mounting, or a 12.7mm bolt-hole mounting, these castors can also be fitted with an optional total brake that locks both the wheel and swivel. The swivel mounting plate measures 96 x 78mm and has four 8mm slotted mounting holes, commonly used with 60 x 80mm centres. The bolt-hole version uses a single M12 centre bolt.

With a 135mm overall castor height and a 91mm swept radius for the standard swivel castor, or 128mm for the total brake version, these nylon castors are a practical choice for general-duty equipment where smooth, reliable and low-maintenance movement is required.
