Our 100mm (4 inch) very heavy-duty polyurethane castors are designed for industrial trolleys and equipment requiring high load capacity, smooth movement, and excellent durability. These 100mm industrial castors feature high-grade polyurethane wheels on cast iron, providing a floor-friendly solution for demanding heavy-duty applications.
The polyurethane castor wheels are resistant to oils and most industrial chemicals, while the twin precision bearings provide low rolling resistance and smooth movement under heavy loads. The heavy-duty castor fork and high-tensile swivel assembly are designed to withstand severe industrial use.
Each 100mm heavy-duty castor has a maximum safe load rating of 600kg, making a set of four suitable for industrial trolleys weighing up to 2,400kg, subject to load distribution and application. The 100mm diameter x 50mm wide polyurethane wheel has a 12.7mm bore and 60mm hub width with two precision bearings.
The 114 x 163mm top plate is secured using four 14.3mm mounting holes with 87 x 133mm hole centres. The swivel castor has a 95mm turning radius, while the wheel brake version has a 219mm turning radius. Overall castor height is 143mm.
