These 150mm (6 inch) fibreglass reinforced nylon castors are designed for high-temperature applications such as food baking ovens and other commercial or industrial equipment. Glass-filled nylon provides good resistance to sustained heat while remaining relatively quiet and gentle on most floor surfaces.
The 150mm wheel is rated to carry 200kg per castor at 210°C. Fibreglass reinforced nylon is suitable for extended periods at temperatures up to 210°C, assuming most of the castor's operating life is spent outside the oven, and for shorter periods at temperatures up to 230°C.
The 150mm diameter x 40mm wide wheel has a 12mm bore and 60mm hub width and runs on a plain sleeve bush through the centre. The castor fork features Fallshaw's zinc-plated Core Coat finish with clear lacquer for corrosion protection.
Available with swivel or fixed plate mounting. The 130 x 100mm mounting plate has four 11mm mounting holes with 80 x 105mm hole spacing. The swivel castor has a 121mm swept radius and a total mount height of 189mm.
