Our 75mm (3 inch) medium-duty Polyurethane (PU) Stainless Steel Castors are an ideal choice for institutional trolleys, stainless steel tables, and other equipment carrying loads up to 400kg (over 4 castors). Designed for use in wet or corrosive environments, these castors deliver smooth, quiet, and reliable mobility.
The wheels are moulded with a rounded profile for effortless turning and floor protection, making them suitable for all floor types including tiles, vinyl, epoxy-coated concrete, and sealed timber. Twin sealed stainless steel precision bearings with thread guards ensure long-lasting, maintenance-free performance.
The castor forks and headrace balls are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Each swivel fork features two full rows of balls in the headrace for smooth, silent manoeuvring throughout the service life of the trolley.

The plate castors feature a 96mm x 78mm mounting plate with four 8mm slotted holes (typically used at 60mm x 80mm centres). Bolt hole versions mount with a single M12 bolt through the centre.
