The Mobile Platform Rex Step Ladder is a New Zealand-made industrial access ladder designed for workplaces requiring frequent repositioning between tasks. With a 200kg load capacity, mobile design and integrated Auto-Brake system, it provides a practical combination of mobility, stability and safe access for warehouses, workshops, maintenance areas and other demanding work environments.
The integrated Auto-Brake system is designed to automatically secure the ladder when deployed, helping prevent unwanted movement during use. This move-and-lock operation makes the ladder well suited to high-frequency applications where operators need to reposition the platform regularly throughout the working day.
The large 750mm x 590mm non-slip aluminium treadplate platform provides a stable working area, while the drop-down side rail allows easier access to the platform when carrying out maintenance, stock handling and other elevated tasks. High-grade aluminium construction provides a balance of strength and manoeuvrability, making the ladder easier to reposition around busy workplaces.
Manufactured in New Zealand, Rex Step Mobile Platform Ladders are designed to exceed AS/NZS 1892.1 safety requirements, with all welds manufactured to AS/NZS 1665. The range is available from 3 to 12 steps, with top deck heights from 870mm to 3400mm.
