The Mezzanine Access Rex Step Ladder is a New Zealand-made industrial access ladder designed for workplaces requiring frequent access to mezzanine floors, elevated storage areas and other raised levels. With a 200kg load capacity and space-saving design, it provides a practical alternative to a permanent fixed staircase where floor space is limited.
Designed for regular workplace use, the ladder provides a comfortable climbing angle when deployed and can be moved and secured into position as required. When not in use, it folds back against the wall to minimise the space required in aisles and working areas.
The system includes an upper-floor safety gate to help protect the mezzanine opening when the ladder is not in use. The move-and-lock mechanism is designed for frequent operation, making it practical for warehouses, factories, distribution centres and other commercial environments where elevated access is required throughout the day.
Manufactured in New Zealand from high-grade aluminium, REX STEP mezzanine access ladders combine a strong 200kg industrial load rating with a relatively lightweight construction for easier handling. The ladders are designed to exceed AS/NZS 1892.1 safety requirements, with all welds manufactured to AS/NZS 1665.
