Our light-duty polyurethane castor wheels are designed for hospital carts, small trolleys, lightweight furniture and other equipment requiring smooth movement, durability and floor-friendly performance. The polyurethane tread provides a durable, resilient wheel surface, while sealed precision bearings support smooth movement under load.
The polyurethane tread is mechanically keyed into the nylon centre to help prevent chipping and embrittlement during use. With a 23mm tread width, these wheels provide a stable contact area while maintaining good manoeuvrability. They are particularly suitable for smooth concrete, tiles and lino or vinyl flooring.
Each wheel features an 8mm bore and 30mm hub width with sealed precision bearings. Both available sizes are rated to 100kg per wheel and are available in 75mm and 100mm diameters, making them suitable for a range of light-duty applications.
