Our extremely heavy-duty polyurethane castor wheels are designed for demanding industrial trolley applications requiring exceptional load capacity, durability and smooth movement. Polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core provides high strength and durability while being more floor-friendly than traditional steel wheels.
Twin precision bearings provide smooth and controlled movement under very heavy loads. The 75mm tread width provides a large, stable contact area for heavy industrial applications, while the polyurethane tread offers good traction and resistance to wear, oils and most industrial chemicals.
These wheels are available with two bore configurations. The 20mm bore has an 89mm hub width with reducing collars fitted, while the 30mm bore has a 75mm hub width without collars. Both available sizes are rated to 2,000kg per wheel, making them suitable for extremely heavy-duty industrial trolleys, machinery and equipment.
