Our 150mm (6 inch) very heavy-duty polyurethane castors are designed for industrial trolleys and equipment requiring high load capacity, smooth movement, and excellent durability. The high-grade polyurethane wheel is kind to floors and resistant to oils and most industrial chemicals.
Twin precision bearings provide low rolling resistance and smooth movement, even under heavy loads. The castor fork and high-tensile swivel assembly are built for severe industrial use, providing excellent strength and durability.
The 150mm diameter x 50mm wide polyurethane wheel has a 12.7mm bore and 60mm hub width, with two precision bearings. Each castor has a maximum safe load rating of 1,000kg, making a set of four suitable for industrial trolleys weighing up to 4,000kg, subject to the application and load distribution.
The 114 x 163mm top plate is secured using four 14.3mm mounting holes with 87 x 133mm hole centres. The swivel castor has a 137mm turning radius, while the wheel brake version has a 266mm turning radius. Overall castor height is 193mm.
